Custom Beanie Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms describe the buyer-side sourcing discussion offered through this website. Custom Beanie Sourcing is an independent sourcing service. Website content and inquiry options help organize procurement requirements; they do not themselves create a supply agreement, reserve goods or approve a product.

Inquiry scope

When submitting an inquiry, provide accurate contact information and describe your intended beanie configuration, material, fit, decoration, quantities and destination. You may include budget and supplier preferences without already holding a quotation. Those preferences are buyer instructions, not verified merchant ratings. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the specifications and for your authority to use any artwork or brand material you provide.

Supplier quotations and buyer approval

Price, minimum order quantity, stock, sample charges, production assumptions, packing and delivery scope require confirmation by the relevant supplier. A catalog entry, sample photograph or preliminary conversation does not establish any of those facts. A separate written agreement should identify the parties, accepted configuration, revision, payment terms, delivery basis and responsibilities before an order is placed.

The buyer should review proposed alternatives and identify an approval owner. A sample from a related item does not automatically approve a different yarn, knit, decoration or pack configuration. Inspection, testing and regulatory questions require an agreed scope and the correct responsible party; this service does not certify goods or replace professional review.

Content and support eligibility

Articles and checklists describe procurement questions and illustrative scenarios. They are not customer results, live offers or tested product performance claims. Any displayed sourcing support remains subject to the eligibility statement presented with it. Comparing two quotations requires matched product, quantity, currency, packing, freight and destination assumptions; no price result is established by the website alone.

Use of the website

Use forms for legitimate business communication. Do not submit misleading contact information, unlawful material or confidential documents without considering the appropriate sharing arrangements. The initial RFQ form does not provide an upload function. Availability of the website does not establish a fixed response time or business-hour schedule.
