Custom beanie hats

Select a starting configuration for your RFQ; material, dimensions, decoration, availability and quotation require supplier confirmation.

Headwear & Sports Accessories

Build the configuration behind the name

The listed options describe inquiry starting points within Headwear & Sports Accessories. They are not separate stock commitments or validated performance grades. Give a fiber composition and knit construction, including rib or plain knit, lining choice and cuff design. For dimensions, use relaxed width, total crown height and folded cuff depth in cm or in. If the intended wearer group spans different fits, provide a size run and quantity for each variant.

Decoration can change the feel of a knit surface. Ask about embroidery density, patch dimensions, woven-label construction and the exact position on the folded cuff. A digital artwork proof resolves layout questions but cannot show all stretch or stiffness effects; identify which details need review on a decorated sample. Where fabric weight is relevant, state the measurement basis. Finished piece weight and knit construction can be more useful for a beanie than an unspecified fabric-weight claim.

Separate quantities by color and fit, then give the piece and pack basis. Ask the supplier to state minimum quantities, setup charges, samples, individual packaging and carton dimensions. US destination details and receiving conditions belong beside those requests so that freight scope can be compared. A quote excluding decoration or destination charges cannot be ranked as equivalent to an inclusive offer.

You can state a budget before any real quotation exists. Include currency and whether it is per unit or for the complete order. Premium, mid-range, budget or undecided describes your preference for material, customization and service; it is not an independently verified supplier rating. Keep unknown price, timing and document questions open for confirmation.

Read the workflow, use the comparison matrix, or review the procurement brief before sending an RFQ.
