Requirement channel

Use the inquiry form below for product, fit and decoration details. No separate public phone, email, office address or social account is supplied for this service.

Communication steps

Provide a working email so the requirement can be discussed. Supplier responses, artwork files and documents can be coordinated after the first contact; this form has no file-upload function.

Timing & destination

State the US receiving location and required date. Office hours and a fixed response time have not been published. Production and transport timing need supplier confirmation.

RFQ preparation notes

Make the first message specific

Include accessory type and use, material composition, size or fit method, decoration placement and piece or pack configuration. For a cuffed knit, relaxed width, crown height and cuff depth help distinguish offers that otherwise share the same product name. State the size run and quantity per color rather than one undivided order total.

Tell us whether embroidery, a patch or a woven label is planned. Artwork size and position should travel with the requirement. Ask which proof or sample can confirm stretch, surface feel and placement before approval. Any fabric weight or finished piece-weight target needs its unit and measurement basis.

An optional budget can be an amount or range. Specify currency and whether it is per piece or for the whole order. Premium, mid-range, budget or undecided are purchasing preferences; they are not verified merchant rankings. An existing quotation is not necessary to begin.

Unknown MOQ, price, carton dimensions, stock and lead time remain open. We do not reserve inventory or promise a manufacturing result. Use the product matrix, workflow and comparison matrix to prepare the conversation.
