This notice describes the information requested through the site's procurement forms and the browser storage used for the sourcing support display. It distinguishes visible website behavior from any separate supplier or order arrangements. Use the contact form if you need to discuss an inquiry record.

Information you provide

The RFQ form requests name, work email, optional company and phone details, and procurement requirements. Requirements may include beanie specifications, artwork instructions, quantity by variant, US destination and target timing. Optional budget, currency, budget basis and supplier preference are combined into the same requirements text during submission. Do not include payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Purpose of the inquiry

The information is intended to support requirement clarification, possible supplier matching, quotation questions and communication about procurement next steps. When supplier discussion requires sharing specifications, the appropriate scope should be clarified. Supplying an RFQ does not itself approve a product, accept a quotation or place an order. You should confirm what information may be shared when detailed sourcing work begins.

Browser storage

The sourcing benefit display uses local browser storage to retain its first display time. The display window is limited to seven days from that first time; reopening or refreshing the page does not extend it. Session storage remembers when the ticker is closed for the current browser session. These display controls do not represent a price reservation, order record or eligibility approval.

The browser may keep normal navigation and form state according to its own settings. Optional budget and preference controls are handled separately for each form. The website combines their current values into the submitted requirements without rewriting the visible buyer note. Browser settings can limit storage; removing data is a user-controlled action.
